Prabir Kundu was born on 17th November 1984 in Kolkata. He is coming from a Non Filmy Background. Earliar Prabir complete his Graduation and join Film and Televission Institute and got degree in 2009.
His first short film Tenida (2009) was selected for Kolkata Film Festival and got great response from audiences. Later he made various shortfilms like Meyetir Naam Hasi, Astana, Anyo Loker Bou, Atmiyo and others. Atmiyo was got huge response from critics and viewers.
Few of his Music Videos like Rabindra Sangeet Amaro Porano Jaha Chay and Bengali Folk Song Khachar Bhitor Achin Pakhi are got great response from viewers.
Prabir Kundu wrote songs for few movies like Rupe Tomay Bholabo Na in 2013. Music Director, Singer Piloo Bhatacharya give music on Prabir Kundu written song on that film. Raj Mukherjee directed Rupe Tomay Bholabo Na was a Musically Hit on that year.
